I wanted to involved my community via a poll on my Tiktok account and other socials such as Fb and Insta, so they could have a say on who I should draw next. Beetlejuice won the vote and I began drawing him whilst also incorporating colour for his hair. This is still a trial and error process for me as colour isn’t an area I’m confident with, hence why I only do hints of it but overall I’m really pleased with the outcome. However, I got worn down from drawing him – I will return to finishing him off. I want to showcase that not everything is perfect, it’s a reminder to take breaks and that’s OKAY!  Your world won’t disappear just because you’re not being creative, it’s actually good for the soul to regenerate from time to time. Be you! Have fun! Live life and your art will still be there.

We’re only human and sometimes you just need to start something new… so The Mad Hatter has evolved in his place and I’m enjoying the process so far, as well as those in my community as they’re excited to see him finished to go along side my other Depp pieces!
